At the Annual General Meeting of AGN Europe held on 12 June 2015 in Copenhagen (Denmark) SH+C managing director Richard Hempe was elected as a new member of the board of directors of AGN Europe. He is responsible for the Members Development (new memberships and support of the existing members). The board of directors is supported by a central administrative unit of AGN Europe based in London (UK).

AGN is an association of independent auditing and tax consulting firms, represented in 87 countries worldwide and has 185 member companies with a total of 10,687 professional employees. As well as SH+C most of the AGN member firms are mediums-sized, owner-managed firms, where the entrepreneurs are actively involved in the daily business work and stand for the quality of their services. Through active participation in the AGN-bodies (committees and boards) as well as participation on several conferences on a variety of meetings, many of AGN professionals know each other personally, which makes the communication easier and faster. As an AGN member firm SH+C has always access to information and support in most countries around the world, which brings substantial benefits for our clients, especially in the sometimes very far-reaching activities of SMEs.
